Breakfast was lovely, incredibly beautiful views, magnificent location really close to the city center and the park, the centre of town, and trams and the bus to the airport. Brand-new and nicely furnished room, a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the room. Easy check in and late check out. Good facilities, parking nearby:)))

Good location, attentive staff, nice view from the window
Not very clean plumbing, a small room in the area.

Location was great, walking distance to museum area, but not in the crowded central tourist area. The rooms were clean and the staff were always helpful.
Room was a little small which is common for old cities in Europe. Room was close to stairs and a little noisy.

Its location at a walking distance from a Dutch national museum was stunning and lovely. The area was fantastic just next door to an eldorado for kids of all ages as well as superb seafood restaurant 100 metres away. I was offered a gorgeous breakfast with special diet.

The staff was great. Genuinely nice, friendly service at the reception. Nice location, free W-Lan. Clean bathroom.
The fact that the room /bathroom was small is acceptable, given that I got a very moderate price for a pretty good location (moderate by Amsterdam standards). However, renovation of the sleeping room is overdue. . I think the carpet/floor could be removed/redone. No decent lightening installation. No possibility to switch on/off light from the bed .

Location was perfect - next to the Vondelpark. Staff was very polite and helpful. Overall, I liked the service and design of the hotel. Comfortable family run hotel-boutique.
Wifi was not properly working in my room (basement floor). However, I could use computers available in the hotel hall. Breakfast not worth eur 15. There are so many nice cafes around where you can have a nice breakfast paying less.

Convenient location for checking out nightclubs and restaurants. The room is modern and well-decorated. The staff was attentive and helpful, although one employee seemed to be standing close by during my conversation at the front desk 👀.
